Kava Kava is traditionally used to soothe muscle tension, relax the nervous system, improve sleep, increase female libido, improve hand/eye coordination, calm anxiety, uplift spirits & support a positive social connection.
Usage:
To micro-dose, take 0.5 ml 1-3 times per day to help manage minor muscle tension & nourish your nervous system.
When extra support is needed, you may take as a macro-dose, up to 15ml.
