Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee

Trying something new should feel exciting, and we never want it to feel like a gamble.

We want you to feel confident as you discover Sacred Earth. Maybe you picked a scent you don't love, or a product just isn't right for you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you find something that suits you better, through an exchange, store credit or a refund.

Conditions

• Products must be gently used, with most of the product remaining.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
• Customers pay the return shipping costs.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, and we will give you a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 30-Day Love It Guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and send us a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a refund at no cost to you.
