Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, and we will give you a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email us at admin@earthextracts.ca with your order number as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 30-Day Love It Guarantee. You can read the full details in our Refund policy.
