Our Story

We’re Karren and Jenny, soul sisters and co-creators of Sacred Earth Extracts, a sacred herbal apothecary grounded in ancestral remembrance, earth wisdom and intentional healing.

Karren walks with the medicine of her Indigenous roots, carrying the teachings of her culture with reverence, humility and heart. Her work with botanicals is more than formulation, because it is her way of honoring the land, the ancestors and the cycles of life. Through ritual, storytelling and plant alchemy, Karren brings spirit and creativity to everything she touches.

Jenny is a practicing herbalist who began her journey with the plants in 2010. What started as deep personal healing grew into years of hands-on learning, wildcrafting and formulating. Her approach blends the science of herbalism with intuitive energy work, drawing on Reiki, prayer and shamanic practices to create remedies that nourish body and soul, and her connection to plant spirit is the heartbeat behind many of our offerings.

Together, we create seasonal remedies, botanical skincare and energy-infused tools that awaken the senses and reconnect you with the living world. Every blend is a prayer, and every product is crafted with intention, love and respect for the Earth as teacher and healer.
