Shipping policy

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options to customers. All orders are shipped via courier and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Customers can see the shipping cost during checkout before placing an order. Orders over 200 CAD are eligible for free shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. However, during peak seasons, processing time may be extended.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs charges and customers are responsible for paying those fees.

Address Changes: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to incorrect addresses. If a change needs to be made to the shipping address after the order has been placed, customers must contact us immediately.

Shipping Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was damaged in transit or if there was an error on our part.

Delivery Issues: If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers are advised to contact the courier and file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

Tracking Information: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been fulfilled. Customers can use the tracking number to check the status of their shipment on our website or the courier's website.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
