A journey from Root to Crown

Each month focuses on one chakra, using this traditional spiritual framework to explore physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.

Dates and locations

Beginning in January 2027, our circle of women will meet for one in-person gathering each month through July 2027. Venues may vary in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Exact gathering dates and locations will be shared two months before the program begins.

If you can no longer attend in person, a digital option will be available so you can continue exploring the program's teachings and practices from home.
